Avondale is set in dramatic terrain at the onset of the Baviaans River Valley, with lots of trails in the mountains for hiking, running, cycling or quad biking. An ideal location for bird watching next to the river and a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Renovations have been done. The consists of 3 smaller units each with an open plan bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.Each has a double bed and a bunk bed with a bathroom (shower only)
Then there are two family units consisting of two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom(shower only)
Room 1 has a double bed and Room 2 has two single beds ....each has an open plan kitchen with lounge.
There is a swimming pool and big communal braai lapa with fully equipped kitchen
